Description
The Diabetes Self-Management Education program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and follows the American Diabetes Assoc. standards and Staged Diabetes Management Guidelines for persons with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes. Individual and group sessions are held. Community Outreach and support groups are also available.
