A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process or through a waiver referral. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc).

Provides independent living apartments with supportive services including: - 24/7 front desk - All units ADA compliant and four units specifically designed to accommodate wheelchairs - Assistance with housekeeping, laundry, medication, coordination with appointments and transportation, benefits assistance - Case management in areas of education, employment, mental health, medical care - On bus line - Socialization opportunities - Studio and one-bedroom units available
