Children ages 5 to 15; volunteers must be over 18, agree to spend time with the child on a regular basis, and to be responsible for transportation; serves Winona County

- Office hours 9 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday - Service hours are based on family and volunteer preferences and may include evenings and weekends

Description

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the 7 Rivers Region offers school-based and community-based programs. Big Brothers, Big Sisters, or Big Couples act as a mentor and a role model by being a friend to a child; volunteers are carefully screened prior to being matched. Child and mentor spend 2 to 3 hours a week together. Volunteers are asked to make a one year commitment and children with disabilities will be served.
