- Provides assisted living services for seniors experiencing memory loss, having physical limitations or needing help with daily living tasks or medication management Services include: - ADL (activities of daily living) assistance including bathing, grooming and dressing - Post hospitalization/Illness recovery - 14 beds available - 3 home cooked meals a day and snacks - Social and recreational activities - 24 hour professional staffing (1-2 caregivingstaff on at all times, based on needs, with RN on call 24 hours) - Assistance with scheduling appointments and transportation - Daily housekeeping - Linen laundry service - Foot care - Emergency assistance - Medication management - Medication storage - Cable TV - Small pets allowed (cats or dogs under 20 pounds)case by case - Respite/vacation stays - ER system throughout building - Adult day services - Dementia care - Incontinence care - Service coordination - Activities - Off street parking - Community room - Dining room - Security system
