- Individuals ages 18 and older in Blue Earth County
- Diagnosed with a medical condition, such as mental illness or traumatic brain injury
- Has substantial disability and functional impairment in 3 or more areas so that self-sufficiency is markedly reduced
- Has had a recent diagnostic assessment by a qualified professional that documents adult rehabilitative mental health services are medically necessary

Description
ARMHS services are designed to assist adults with mental illness to be mentally stable and to live in the community successfully. These services may be provided to a recipient on a one-to-one basis in the recipient's home or another community setting or in groups. Service goals may include: - Symptom management - Medication education - Relapse prevention - Interpersonal communication Also, helps to develop skills in the areas of: - Transportation - Use of community resources - Household and personal management - Employment
