Open to all individuals. The dental clinic is available to individuals not covered by dental insurance. The eye clinic is available to individuals without eye insurance.

Application process

  • Call for an appointment for food and clothing- Dental Clinic: Patients should call to schedule an appointment. During the initial triage session, the patient will be evaluated for future appointments.- Eye Clinic: Call for an appointment

Fees

  • Donations accepted - Dental Clinic: $25 per visit. $10 due at the time the appointment is established and the second $15 is due at the appointment. - Eye Clinic: $25 for eye exam; $25 for glasses- None for other programs

Provides resources for food, clothing, hygiene items, and baby supplies on a limited basis. Services provided:- Clothing: Offers general clothing items limited to 10 items per family member per month- Dental Clinic: Open to individuals without dental insurance. Services provided include extractions/pulling teeth and fillings for cavities. Services are prioritized by the level of pain patients are experiencing.- Diapers: Offers free diapers for people with a food shelf appointment only. ?- Eye Clinic: Provides eye exams and glasses for people without eye insurance. - Food: Offers individuals food once a month in partnership with Salvation Army. Accepts food donation items such as pancake mix/syrup, spaghetti noodles/sauce, soups, bags of sugar four pounds or larger, canned fruit, canned vegetables, cereal, cooking oil, macaroni and cheese, small bags/boxes of rice, tuna, canned chicken, Helper Meals, peanut butter, jelly, beans - baked (in cans) and pinto (in bags).- Resource Center: Assists people in applying for county services such as public assistance, energy assistance, and MNsure. Also helps individuals with resumes and searching for a jobNOTE: Accepts donations of items such as personal hygiene products, laundry detergent, toiletries, clothing, and food items
