Recreation Activities - Maple Grove Parks and Recreation

Provides recreational activities and facilities available to all ages year-round. Activities offered:

• Adult sports such as pickle ball, volleyball, Crokicurl, basketball, softball, and dodge ball

• Classes in computers, discussions, foot care services, and fitness for adults ages 55 and over

• Community garden at Donahue North Park, lottery sign-up for plots begins in January

• Dance classes such as belly dance, weddings, and couples dance

• Park facility, community center/senior center room, and park field rentals

• Physical fitness classes such as yoga, cardio, Tai Chi, strength training, and Zumba

• Preschool and youth explore gymnastics, team sports, theater, arts, crafts, and tennis lessons

• Swimming lessons year-round

• Teen programs and teen center

• Winter activities such as snowshoeing, ice hockey, ice skating, and snow trails
