Application process

Call United Way 211 for information on accessing the Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). The service is available 24 hours/7 days a week by dialing 211 or (651)291-0211.

Sliding scale; rent payment (30% of income)

Required documents

Application/registration form; birth certificate; drivers license; picture ID; proof of household income; referral form; social security card/number Depending on unit availability, may require documented disability and/or verification of long-term homelessness. Must provide proof of identity and income to property manager and Metropolitan Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Metro HRA) to qualify for project based Section 8 assistance.
