Must provide proof of identity and income to property manager and Metropolitan Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Metro HRA) to qualify for project based Section 8 assistance.
Hours
- Office: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Summer Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
Application process
Call United Way 211 for information on accessing the Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS). The service is available 24 hours/7 days a week by dialing 211 or (651)291-0211.

Sliding scale; rent payment (30% of income)
