Eligibility

Individuals with disabilities age 18 or older, and older adults age 62 or older preferably working with Housing Stabilization Services or other housing stability agency; residing in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

Assists older adults and individuals with disabilities with a housing application fee for up to 2 household members. Also assists with the fees for a new ID and/or birth certificate for 2 household members when needed to obtain housing.
