Permanent supportive housing for single men and women who have been homeless on a long term basis and are disabled. Accepted applicants will meet with a Case Manager once a week to work on goals.

Application process
A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc). Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment will not be able to access Coordinated Entry.
Fee
If accepted into the program - client's GA/social security income will be reduced. Our Saviour's Housing will pay for food, rent, utilities, phone, bus pass and some other minor expenses.

- Proof of long-term homelessness (homeless for one consecutive year or four episodes of homelessness within three years) Proof of disability Currently on GA or Social Security. No geographic eligibility restrictions apply.
