Provides the following library services:

- Book cataloging

- Cooperation and coordination of all library services for public libraries in nine-county area of south central Minnesota

- Courier delivery service

- ELM (Electronic Library of Minnesota) Information database for all ages

- Grant-writing assistance

- Interlibrary loan service

- Links to 15 databases provided by the Gale Group, access to full text articles, reviews, journals, etc.

- Management of regional network
