Parents/guardians with children ages birth - 4 who are Hennepin County residents and live within 10 miles of Mount Olive Lutheran Church

Application process

Text, including the following details: - Full name, address, and zip code - Number of children wearing diapers and the sizes needed - Photo of verification for each child in diapers (birth certificate or other verification, such as insurance cards, doctor visit summary, or SNAP verification) Delivery Process: - Diapers will be delivered to individuals home the same week each month, depending on address - Orders for the week must be received by 6 pm on Monday. Individuals may request earlier, but may not receive an immediate response - Each family can receive the equivalent of one large pack of diapers/pull-ups and wipes for each child in diapers

Description

Provides free diapers that are delivered to individuals requesting them. Donations: Accepts diaper donations, sizes newborn through 6, and all sizes of pull-ups. Any size packages are accepted but can only take sealed packages (no partially used packages can be accepted).
