Medical and Humanitarian Air Transportation - Angel Flight Central
Arranges free, volunteer pilot-flown flights across the upper Midwest to help individuals travel for essential medical care or other compelling humanitarian needs. Leveraging a network of volunteer pilots who donate their time, aircraft, and expenses, the program provides compassionate, no-cost air transportation in support of patients, veterans, disaster relief, summer camps, and more. Flights take place every day of the week.

Required documents
Application/registration form; form of identification. Passengers will be required to sign a liability release form prior to take-off.
Eligibility
Case-by-case but for residents of Minnesota and meet all qualifications: - Have financial need, be able to fly in a non-pressurized small aircraft - Be ambulatory - Be responsible for their medications - Provide Department of Transportation (DOT) approved supplemental oxygen and medical assistance (if required) - Provide own transportation to and from airport and treatment facility
