Serves low-income students who are residents of Duluth attending pre-school - 5th grade, or Head Start programs; Duluth children attending private or tribal schools are also eligible
Referral from personnel at the child's school or community agency is required may call the secretary of the school child attends and ask who provides referrals person for Kids Closet program at that school

Parents using the service are encouraged to donate clothes their children have outgrown

Children's clothing program offered through the Duluth Public Schools or another community agency. Clothing includes: - Boots - Mittens ???- One new and three used school outfits for classroom wear - Shoes - Snow pants - Winter hat - Winter jacket Accepts donations of good used clothing suitable for school. Does not accept used shoes or boots.
