Serves low-income students who are residents of Duluth attending pre-school - 5th grade, or Head Start programs; Duluth children attending private or tribal schools are also eligible
Required documents
Referral from personnel at the child's school or community agency is required
may call the secretary of the school child attends and ask who provides referrals person for Kids Closet program at that school

Must have a referral from the school or community agency; parent can initiate request; also accepts referrals from community agencies such as Salvation Army, CAIR, Women's Shelter, etc., if referral from the school is not applicable.
