- Establishes and enforces standards for asbestos-related work in homes, schools and businesses - Certifies asbestos workers, site supervisors, inspectors, management planners, project designers, and licenses asbestos contractors. Fees are for certification, licensing, and permitting of asbestos-related work or management activity. - Approves asbestos-related training courses - Provides asbestos information to the public
