To apply, women and their families should follow these steps: 1. Visit the website https://Renthelphennepin.hdsallita.com to determine if they qualify 2. Contact Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center to request assistance with completing the application 3. Prepare necessary documentation

Required documents

Application/registration form; W9 from property manager; ledger from property manager showing the amount owed as of the current days date; proof of income from the last 60 days (pay stubs, benefit letters, etc.); current lease (signed copy); eviction notice; denial letter from EA/EGA
