Adults, 18 years and older, who receive MA or UCare residing in Hennepin, Ramsey, or Stearns counties

9 am - 6 pm Monday, Wednesday - Friday, and Sunday 9 am - 5 pm Tuesday

Provides client-centered services that mentor, assist, and support people in social and independent living skills. An ARMHS worker will develop a plan with clients and work on the following things: - Aid in medication education - Assist individuals in transitioning to community living services - Basic living and social skills - Certified peer specialist services - Community intervention - Functional assessments - Individual treatment plan
