Hope House provides Residential MI/CD Treatment for adult men. Our 90 day, three-phase program, will address the needs of our clients by providing treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues concurrently.
- Group therapy and one-to-one sessions (15 hours per week)
- "Recovery Coach" Services begin in phase III, and will continue after discharge
- On-Site mental health professional for MH therapy and diagnostic assessments
- CNP available for medical appointments and medication management services
