Required documents
  • No documents required for most services
  • Proof of household income required for Family Law Limited Legal Services Clinic and pro bono representation in family law cases.
  • Referral from legal advocate in Hennepin or Ramsey County required for representation in Pro Bono Safety Project.
  • All documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case
and the names, phone numbers, and addresses of all persons involved.
  • Preparing and bringing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney.
