Homeless youth and young adults ages 12 - 24; serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

- Drop in: Lion's Resource Center/Northeast Minneapolis: 5 pm - 7 pm Tuesday - Drop in: Elliot Park: 4 pm - 7 pm Monday and Wednesday - Drop in: Emma's Place/Coon Rapids: 5 pm - 7 pm Wednesday - Drop in: North Community YMCA: 2 pm - 5 pm Wednesday - Phone: Youth Resource Line: 8 am - 8 pm 7 days a week

Provides Coordinated Entry assessments and diversion strategies to unaccompanied youth (24 years and under) to rapidly resolve housing crisis. Services may include short-term, goal-oriented life coaching, direct financial assistance, and resource and system navigation focused on helping young adults self-resolve the housing crisis prior to entering shelter, and to accelerate exit from homelessness if youth does enter shelter.
