Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program - Finances the development of affordable rental housing for low-income households. Resident Services Program - Provides specific goals and objectives to meet the needs of the residents, while complying with regulations that govern the LLBO Housing Authority. Homeless Program - Empowers people who are homeless in and around the Leech Lake Reservation by assisting them to find and maintain permanent housing. - Educates the broader community about the causes of homelessness and helps to find solutions through community efforts. Supportive Services for Rural Homeless Youth - Provides confidential, non-judgmental services to homeless, runaway and at-risk youth on the Leech Lake Reservation.
