Supervised Living: Operates 27 homes for adolescents and adults with disabilities and provides services for the developmental, health, safety, and social needs of each person. These homes are located in various urban and suburban neighborhoods in Hennepin and Anoka Counties. Independent Living: Rent subsidized apartments for adults with developmental disabilities who can live independently with limited support. Funded through HUD. Supportive Living: Provides an option for individuals who want to live more independently in the community rather than with a parent or guardian, and are well suited for an alternative to a traditional group home. Services are delivered to an individual in their own home or apartment.
