Eligibility
Leech Lake Reservation, Beltrami, Cass, Hubbard and Itasca counties.- Enrolled members and non-members within the Leech Lake Reservation boundaries- Must reapply and verify each October - Lives within the service area for a least 30 days

- SNAP Termination Notice- Proof of enrollment in a federally recognized tribe- Tribal ID- Legally obligated child support Proof of Address, Proof of Household Income, Social Security Card/number
