Provides services to Latino seniors through culturally and linguistically responsive services to support the their holistic health and independent living. Activities address physical and behavioral health, educational activities, and community engagement; provides individualized case management and socio-emotional support. - Culturally relevant social and recreational programs and activities - Case management addressing well-being, self-sufficiency, family concerns, and physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health needs.
