Provides civil legal services to older adults aged 60 years and older, with a focus on older adults with the greatest social and economic need. Assists with: - Assisted living and nursing home discharges - Elder abuse - Public benefits for food support, cash assistance, Social Security, Unemployment denials, public health insurance coverages such as Medical Assistance denials, reduction of home care services, and debt/creditor issues NOTE: Does not handle cases for living wills, trusts, and/or estate planning

Application process

Call and ask for an intake. A receptionist determines eligibility over the phone for service based on income and the type of legal issue.
