Provides mental health services. Services include: - Case management services for children and adults for a diagnostic assessment, developing individual family support plan, and coordination of mental health services - Prepetition screening for all individuals petitioned for civil commitments for a mental illness due to being a danger to themselves or others NOTE: Mobile Crisis Response is being provided by another agency, Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) also known as the Four County Crisis Response Team
