Early Head Start - Semcac Community Action Agency - Austin

A comprehensive child and family development program for low-income families with children ages birth - three. Services include a developmentally appropriate education program for infants and toddlers, and toddler rooms operated year-round. Home-based services available to families expecting a baby and/or children birth - 3 years of age. Offers child/parent support, resources, networking with other families, and encourages parent involvement and parent volunteer with Head Start.
