Outpatient Therapy for Substance Abuse - Havens of Minnesota

An intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment center providing:

- Comprehensive Assessments: Helps determine the most appropriate level of care by reviewing substance use history, mental/physical health considerations, risk factors, strengths, and recommendations for treatment placement

- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Supports clients who may need MAT and helps them understand how it may fit into their goals and overall treatment plan. Participants of the program participate fully in group and individual sessions.

- Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Treatment Services (IOP): A structured, evidence-based support and treatment program focusing on building insight, strengthening recovery skills, and developing practical strategies for daily life. Services are available in person at clinic locations and via telehealth for flexibility.
