Description
The duties of the Renville County Attorney's Office include: - Prosecution of adult felonies - Gross misdemeanors - Misdemeanor - Traffic violations - Juvenile delinquency prosecution and diversion - Crime victim support / compensation - Child support assistance / enforcement - Children in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPs) cases - Civil commitments The Attorney's Office also serves as the general legal advisor for all county government departments.
