Provides loans with the following requirements: - Applications from lenders for businesses - For rural areas or in communities of under 50,000 population only - Funds can help finance businesses, expand business, repair, modernize, develop land, purchase equipment, machinery, supplies, inventory, refinance under certain conditions, or prevent businesses from closing - Lender furnishes funding
