- Helps people find affordable housing, connects people to job resources, and works with people on a plan to be in stable housing long-term - Often able to assist with past-due rent or mortgage, first month's rent and deposit for homeless individuals and families, application assistance, transportation assistance, and more - Funding comes from a variety of sources including the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program - FHPAP as well as others.
