Description

Intake process for programs serving individuals and families who are in search of housing programs or are in need of financial assistance for housing. Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program: Helps prevent homelessness by providing one-time assistance with a rent or mortgage payment for households until their financial situation can stabilize. Offers case management and follow-up services. Transitional Housing Program: Provides information, referral, advocacy, and first month's rent and/or security deposit assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, doubled up, or homeless households moving into a housing unit. Ongoing rent subsidy may be provided until the household is able to sustain their rental housing.
