- Call to request application packet and schedule a tour - During intake, the applicant tours the facilities - After the tour, the applicant and their representatives (including county social worker or case manager) meet with intake staff to review how Metro Work Center can support the applicant's needs and goals

Services include: - Career development (career awareness, counseling, exploration, vocational assessment) - Individualized programming - Job development - Job training, including on-the-job training and retraining - Part-time and job-sharing options - Recreational and leisure activities/skills - Transportation training - Vocational training in janitorial, clerical, packaging, and assembly
