- Primarily serves children and their families who are residents of Anoka, Chisago, Clay, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Ramsey, and Washington counties - School-Based Services: Children and youth who attend schools in Chisago, Hinckley, North Branch, Pine City, and Rush City School District
