Description

Provides homeless outreach and case management services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Offers housing options including crisis beds, rental assistance, and permanent housing. Outreach, case management, and rental assistance are also available to homeless youth under the age of 24. NOTE: Single adults and youth must get a pre-screen through United Way 211 to access this program. The pre-screen information is provided to Saint Louis County Housing Assessment Team (SLCHAT).
