Households must meet all criteria: - Be located where Comcast offers internet service - Qualify for programs like the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Head Start, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Federal Pell Grant, VA Pension, or Tribal assistance - Have not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days - Not have an overdue Comcast bill less than one-year-old or unreturned equipment
