Open to Minnesota residents who fear for their personal safety, the safety of their child/ward, or another person living with them. Individuals intending to move to Minnesota within 60 days may also be eligible

Provides a statewide address-confidentiality program that helps eligible individuals maintain a confidential address for safety. Participants are assigned a substitute address to use for public records, mail, and other official purposes, while their actual residential address remains private. Assists survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and others who fear for their safety. Enrollment assistance is available through designated Application Assistants.
