  • Mother and Child Assistance Fund: Pregnant women and families with children ages 12 and under who are residents of Blue Earth, Cottonwood, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Jackson, Martin, Mower, Murray, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Rock, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Watonwan, and Winona counties
  • Other Services: Pregnant women, women with children, and families who are residents of Blue Earth, Cottonwood, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Jackson, Martin, Mower, Murray, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Rock, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Watonwan, and Winona counties

  • Adoption planning and placement
  • Baby items include Bundles of Love gift bags that are filled with baby clothes, bibs, blankets, diapers, toys, and wipes for all newborns, and a pack and play
  • Crisis hotline
  • Domestic and international adoption
  • Home studies
  • Mother and Child Assistance Fund provides 1-time assistance to pregnant women and families with children under 12 months old. Electric service, gas service, heating fuel, rent payment, and water service assistance are provided.
  • Parenting planning and education
  • Post-adoption assistance
  • Pro-life pregnancy planning services
  • Referrals for medical assistance, financial assistance, housing assistance, legal assistance, nutrition services, and parenting education
