Description

Operates a housing stabilization/rapid re-housing program that serves as the primary local homeless intervention in northern Rice County, - Places one individual or family at a time in an apartment where they may stay for up to 90 days - Provides food, support with housing search, and coordinates community resources - Because of increasing demand, priority is given to the most vulnerable clients It also acts as an access point for Coordinated Entry, where it coordinates with local police and area churches to connect people to a temporary motel shelter when needed after business hours.
