Administration Mayor and City Council Members Animal Control - Wild animal complaints: Contact the Community Service Officer with the Medina Police Department Building Department - Construction permit - Building inspection information, MetroWest Inspection Service City Attorney Election - Ballot information, election information, serving as an election judge, voter registration, and voting absentee/voting early Engineering Department - Street construction/repair information - Water quality assurance information Finance Department - Coordination and planning of all city financial information, including annual budget and tax levy License and Permits - Includes gambling and raffle permit, liquor license, tobacco license, etc. Planning Department - Code enforcement: septic system and zoning regulations - GIS mapping (Geographical Information System) - Process requests for building permits; comprehensive plan amendments; conditional use permits; site and subdivision plans - Wetland management Public Works Division - Includes maintenance of all public parks, sanitary sewer services, streets, snow removal, storm drainage system, and water utility - Recycling information: Republic Services.
