  • Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
  • Open Saturday or Sunday
Individuals fill out a questionnaire. Answers are reviewed by an Essentia provider who will make a diagnosis and create a care plan. Prescriptions may be provided. Individuals are also given a phone number to call if they have questions or concerns. The process usually takes 60 minutes or less. Conditions Treated

  • Eye infections, such as conjunctivitis (pink eye)

  • Tinea infections, also called ringworm
