Description

Urban Day Program: Offers a social, recreational, and leisure-based program for adults with disabilities. Participants can engage in educational activities, group events, crafts, exercise, community outings, and also enjoy time to relax. Rural Day Program: Provides opportunities for participants to connect with peers and staff while learning how to grow and maintain various vegetable crops, herbs, and medicinal plants-both indoors and outdoors. They also explore how to turn what they grow into products such as lip balms, soaps, candles, and salves.

Provides residential services, including Adult Foster Care (group homes) and apartments with services, Adult Day Program services, and Independent Living Skills (ILS) services.

SMB serves adults with brain injuries, mental health conditions, chemical dependency, and other physical and neurological disabilities such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Asperger's, and autism.
