Program Fees

Provides assistance to older adults to help them live independently in the community. Services provided by advocates include:
  • Assistance with paperwork (i.e. medical claims, benefit applications, patient assistance programs, etc.) and with money management.
  • Home visits to assess needs
  • Information and referrals for housing, employment, Medicare and supplemental insurances, other government benefits, and transportation services
