- Accompanies victims and witnesses to criminal court hearings

- Assistance in applying for witness fees, restitution from the offender, and compensation from the Minnesota Crime Victims Reparations Board

- Assist with the return of property held by police

- Education and preparation for trials

- Information regarding statuses of the case

- Referrals to other Benton County services or community resources

- Transportation to court
