Helps people develop skills and knowledge to improve their lives and communities. Offers a variety of programs for learners of all ages. Class offerings include adult enrichment classes, arts and craft classes, computer classes, cooking classes, defensive driving courses, field trips, gardening lessons, health and fitness, Life, Learning, and Culture courses, sports and recreational activities, swimming lessons, youth enrichment activities, and more.

Individuals that may receive a discounted fee: - Seniors 62 or older, 25% discount - Social Security recipients, 25% discount - Unemployment recipients, 25% discount - MFIP recipients, 25% discount - Class supply fees are not discounted - UCare members with eligible plans can use their Healthy Benefits Visa to pay for classes - Note: To receive a discount on a class, call the site offering the class -$5 cancelation fee for adult classes. $15 cancelation fee for summer youth classes.
