Provides ongoing support to pregnant Latinas for healthy pregnancies, support for healthy deliveries, and a healthy postpartum period. Supports the physical and emotional needs of the mother, baby, and family. Activities include: - Assistance with health insurance registration - Centering pregnancy group prenatal care - Individual case management - Physical health care and education
