People who are low income, living with a disability, or a senior who are residents of Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd, and Wright counties. Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit.

Telephone appointments are available; call for an appointment
Services are free for eligible persons, there may be an administrative fee of $10; clients ordinarily must pay actual expenses such as court filing fees -unless those fees are waived by the court
