Eligibility
People who are low income, living with a disability, or older adults who are residents of Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd, and Wright counties. Eligibility is determined by the applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit.
