Homeownership Programs - Minnesota Housing

Statewide purchase and refinance loan programs are available for first-time and repeat homebuyers. They provide affordable interest rates and monthly payments, plus optional down payment and closing cost assistance for eligible buyers. Attend Home Stretch for in-person training, or Framework for online training.
