  • Offers a sliding fee scale to patients without insurance who qualify. Proof of family income is needed to be eligible for the sliding fee scale. Call ahead to discuss payment procedure policy. Staff will help patients apply for Medical Assistance and physician's assistance medication programs.

- Contact Lenses - Diagnosis and treatment of eye disease - Diabetic eye exams

- Eye Exams for distance and near vision, depth and color perception, muscle balance, and eye coordination.

- Frames and lenses - Treatment of urgent eye problems, such as pink eye and allergies
